Seeing at night
SmileCam shows colour after dark using the light that's already outside, like a porch light or a streetlight.
Total darkness won't give a clear colour view. Reflections on the glass can affect the picture, so turn off bright lights near the window.
The app and plans
Live view, motion and person alerts, and memory-card recording and playback all work without a subscription.
Cloud backup and extra detection features are optional paid services, priced inside O-KAM Pro.
Delivery and returns
Orders usually leave within 2 business days. Tracked delivery takes 8–12 business days to Australia, the US, the UK, Canada, France and Germany.
You have 30 days to try it at your window and return it if it's not right. The 3-year warranty covers manufacturing faults and is on top of your consumer rights.

Will it work on my window?
Clear glass works best. Double glazing can work with the lenses close to the glass. Tint, low-E coatings and reflective film may reduce the view. Send us a photo and we'll give you placement advice.
Can I use it if I rent?
No drilling is needed. The adhesive may leave residue and can damage delicate window coatings, so check your lease and building rules first.
Can I point it at the street?
Rules about home cameras vary by state and country. Aim it at your own property where you can, and check the rules where you live.
What Wi-Fi and power does it need?
2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and continuous USB power from a 5V / 2A wall adapter (not included). If your router is dual-band, pair using the 2.4 GHz network.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Live view, alerts and memory-card recording work without one. Cloud backup is optional and paid, with pricing shown in the app.
Can I talk to someone outside?
No. The speaker and mic stay indoors, so two-way audio works like an intercom for the room, not a doorbell through closed glass.
